Platinum is an Independent Physician Association (IPA) of over 200 primary care and specialist physicians located in the Greater Houston area.
Platinum IPA is a Physician-led, patient-focused organization who provides administrative assistance to our physician’s offices in order to help comply with PCMH and ACO health plan requirements.

Platinum’s Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) is a care delivery model whereby patient treatment is coordinated through their primary care physician to ensure they receive the necessary care when and where they need it, in a manner they can understand.
